Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes
How refunds, cancellation, credits and payment disputes work on a Crewcible subscription.

Refunds
All payments to Crewcible are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription fees (monthly and annual) and all AI credit pack purchases.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current term. Cancellation turns off renewal: your subscription and workspace access continue through the end of your term, and the subscription does not renew. Subscriptions cannot be terminated mid-term. If your subscription is billed monthly, your payment method will continue to be charged each month until your term ends.
Credits
Purchased credit packs do not expire while your subscription is active. Included plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over. If your subscription ends or lapses, unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
Failed payments and disputes
If a payment fails, we retry it for 14 days before the subscription is canceled and the workspace is locked. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, your workspace is locked when the dispute is filed. We respond to disputes with our records, including your acceptance of these terms. Access is restored if the dispute resolves in our favor and payment is made. Workspace data handling following any lock is described in our Data Retention policy.
Enterprise
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the customer's agreement with Crewcible, including invoice and payment terms.
