Data Retention
How long workspace data is retained during a Crewcible subscription, after access ends, and on request.

Active subscriptions
While your subscription is active, your workspace data is retained as part of the service.
After access ends
If your workspace is locked or your subscription ends or lapses, your workspace data is retained for 30 days. During this period, restoring your subscription restores access to your data. After 30 days, your data becomes eligible for deletion.
Erasure on request
A workspace administrator may request erasure of their workspace at any time by contacting us. Erasure is performed by Crewcible and is permanent.
Enterprise
Enterprise data retention is governed by the customer's agreement with Crewcible where it differs from the above.
